The technician came in promptly, on time, was very courteous, and explained the entire heating system to me patiently. Did a great job. Price may not be the lowest, but definitely better service than Auchinachie. Actually he even recommended that since my heating system was new, I don;t need servicing every year - I could do it every two years! Definitely not greedy....too bad they don't do plumbing
